-It bears heavily on the central cornea.
-Moves very freely over the eye while blinking.
-It decenters markedly.
-Usually gives unstable vision.
-Very uncomfortable for the wearer.
Presents as a central blue area of apical touch and absence of fluorescein along with large areas of mid peripheral pooling.
