-Linear hemorrhages perpendicular to the optic disc.
-On the superotemporal or inferotemporal margin of the disc.
MANAGEMENT:
-Observation of a disc hemorrhage should prompt a thorough investigation for glaucoma.
-IOP lowering therapy if required.
